How To Use Zopiclone 7.5 mg

It is recommended that patients carefully read and understand the usage instructions to fully benefit from this sleep medicine.

Zopiclone 7.5 mg should only be taken if you are certain that you are going to get a full 7 to 8 hours of sleep and at least 15 hours before needing to drive or operate machinery.

Pharmacokinetics of Zopiclone

Distribution: Zopiclone is a protein-bound but this binding is weak and the blood/plasma ratio is below one. This is indicative that there is no selective uptake by red blood corpuscles. This non-benzodiazepine is distributed throughout the tissues, including that of the brain.

The highest accumulation of the active ingredients occurs in the muscles, lungs, kidneys, fat tissues and liver. In senior patients, the half-life of the medication increases by an average of 7 hours. The Plasma half-life for the average person is 5 hours.
